At Boddhi Naturals, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality organic soy wax candles. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Here is our exchange policy:

Returns: We do not accept returns for candles unless they are delivered broken or damaged. If you receive a broken or damaged candle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

Exchanges: If you receive a broken or damaged candle, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process. To qualify for an exchange, please provide us with a picture of the damaged item. Once we receive the picture, we will ship a new item to you at no additional cost.

Refunds: If the product is out of stock and we cannot resend the item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges, unless the item was damaged during shipping.

Custom orders: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are delivered broken or damaged.
